Each design choice is intentional and luxurious, from the curved archways to the wide plank floors and the various marble finishes.

Enter the home through the foyer to the living room. Here, notice the wide-plank Austrian white oak floors, which are laid throughout the home. Floor-to-ceiling western windows flood the room with light, as does the additional southern exposure. The living room has ceilings nearly 11' high and quintessential SoHo views. Between the living room and the kitchen, a dining area easily fits a table for 10. The natural flow through the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room is ideal for entertaining.

The centerpiece of the kitchen is the unique island, made of poured concrete with a slab of black Saint Laurent marble on top. The island can seat four bar stools comfortably. The rest of the kitchen is equally well appointed, with Gaggenau appliances, a Sub-Zero wine refrigerator, a Donrbracht faucet, and Bianco Greciale marble countertops. White lacquer cabinets provide plenty of storage, and there is an adjacent pantry for overflow.

Adjacent to the kitchen there is an additional sitting area, separate from the formal living room and tucked away near the secondary bedrooms. It is perfect for quiet nights in.

The principal bedroom suite features western exposures, floor-to-ceiling windows, two fully built out walk-in closets, and a large 5-fixture bathroom.

The bathroom includes a secondary vanity with seating, perfect for getting ready or winding down for the day. The floors are honed Grey Argento marble, and the main vanity is black Saint Laurent marble. A standalone tub is afforded privacy by a marble divider; there is also a rain shower. The secondary bedrooms occupy the east wing of the home, overlooking the common building garden. Each can accommodate a king-size bed. Two of these bedrooms share a full bathroom; the third has an en-suite bathroom. The first of the three has two closets, one of which is a walk-in. In addition to the eastern exposure, it has a secondary southern exposure. This bedroom also has a balcony, perfect for enjoying a coffee with the eastern morning light.
