New one bedroom at Ageloff Towers in the East Village!

Timeless, quiet and bright with generously sized rooms, this pre-war Art Deco home features over 9"ceilings, a windowed eat-in kitchen and an over-sized living room that perfectly fits a large dining room table or space that can be used as a work area. The bedroom is extra -large with a closet and has bright open views. The gracious entry foyer has a walk-in pantry and coat closet, original inlaid wood floors throughout and you are surrounded by six large windows facing north and west.

The kitchen has been partially renovated. You may love the Bohemian design as it is, or you may decide to add to the renovation with your own taste. The black and white floor tiles are typical of the art-deco period. There is a new Forno Gas range in white with antique brass handles, a new cast iron sink and a stainless steel breakfast counter.

The windowed bathroom has subway tiles, a new Toto sink, Toto faucet and a cast iron tub. The Art Deco theme continues throughout the apartment with 9" beamed ceilings, glass door handles, moldings and ceiling fans. All walls have been designer decorated with custom colors.

Built in 1929, Ageloff Towers is an Art Deco building. There is a bike room, laundry room, a live-in superintendent, a package room and common outdoor space. Maintenance includes electricity.
