The Process: Application Fee is $20.00 per applicant/guarantor. The Fitness Center's monthly fee is $75.00, but management is giving away a complimentary membership at the start of the lease term. The total expenses for an apartment unit are determined on an individual basis. For your information, it will be detailed. Your calling card address will be given to you after you pay the first month's rent and security deposit at the lease signing.
