645 East 26th Street holds a special place in my heart.  This 1931 Art Deco-inspired building was the incubator of my real estate career. It was both my real estate listing and closing 20 years ago.  This two-bedroom apartment spans over 1,100 square feet and features abundant afternoon light from the west-facing living room, kitchen, and main bedroom.
